On Sunday, 13th August 2023, Elder Dr Gideon Abusah of Pentecost International Worship Centre, Ho, of The Church of Pentecost testified about the healing power of God.
Elder Dr Gideon Abusah called Madam Florence Wilson up for a testimony during the thanksgiving session of the Second Service.
According to Elder Dr Abusah, a practicing medical doctor at the Ho Teaching Hospital, Madam Rebecca Wilson developed Breast Cancer in 2018, before he traveled for studies. Madam Wilson could not afford the cost of a surgery.
On his return from studies, that is May 2022, Elder Dr Abusah saw Madam Wilson and he was totally amazed at her recovery. He expressed that, during the same time that Madam Wilson was diagnosed, some patients with the same degree of the breast cancer disease who even underwent surgery died.
In an interview with Elder Dr Abusah, he stressed that, “a miracle had happened. There was a wound and it was obvious that she needed an operation”.
A one-on-one interaction with Madam Rebecca Wilson, 51, confirmed that she indeed had the signs and symptoms of the disease, but she did not know that her condition was a big issue and deadly. She said some people supported her in various forms but she never had a surgery.
According to Madam Wilson, she has been attending prayer sessions organized by the church and she regularly attends programmes at the El-Bethel Prayer Centre of The Church of Pentecost in Ho.
She said she realized that the lumps in her breast have disappeared. Madam Rebecca Wilson added that, “all the pains left, it is Jesus Christ that saved me”.
