On Sunday, 29th January, 2023, Deaconess Charity Tamakloe of The Church of Pentecost gave thanks to her Maker at Pentecost International Worship Centre, Mawuli Estate, Ho.
The reason for the event was that Deaconess Tamakloe had attained 91 years of age.

Present at the service were the Resident Minister of PIWC-Ho, Pastor David Francis and Mrs Hannah Akayue, a section of the presbytery and congregation. Some of her children including Elder Prof Seth Yaw and Mrs Doris Peasah were also around.

The nonagenarian thanked God for the successful years she has chalked on earth. The congregation joined in singing and dancing to the glory of God. She said a prayer specifically for persons that were more than 60 years of age. She later prayed for the entire church.

Madam Charity Tamakloe who is the proprietor of Christ Prince of Peace School in Ho is a founding member of PIWC-Ho. She was once the leader for the Volta Regional Women’s Ministry of The Church of Pentecost in the 1980s.

The entire church auditorium was filled with euphoria for the Lord’s goodness and mercies towards Deaconess Charity Tamakloe.
